Usage
This command cannot be used to enable link status notifications globally. To enable link
status notifications for particular interfaces, use the
command.
To specify where notifications are sent, use the
command.
Note that more than one trap can be configured with one command entry, and also note
this command applied to notifications send by SNMP version 3.
