[b-node|h-node|
m-node|p-node]
Defines the netbios node type
•
b-node – Sets the node type as broadcast. Uses broadcasts to query nodes on the network for the
owner of a NetBIOS name.
•
h-node – Sets the node type as hybrid. Uses a combination of two or more nodes.
•
m-node – Sets the node type as mixed. A mixed node uses broadcasted queries to find a node, and
failing that, queries a known p-node name server for the address.
•
p-node – Sets the node type as peer-to-peer. Uses directed calls to communicate with a known
NetBIOS name server (such as a WINS server), for the IP address of a NetBIOS machine.
