Enables a Smart RF policy

Use this command to enable this Smart RF policy. Once enabled, the policy can be assigned to a RF
Domain supporting a network.

Supported in the following platforms:

Brocade Mobility 1220 Access Point, Brocade Mobility 71XX Access Point, Brocade
