HCM Agent/ CIM Provider Version

The version of the Host Connectivity Manager (HCM) application and the CIM provider.

Adapter Name

The adapter’s name.

Adapter HCM Name

The adapter’s HCM name.

Adapter Node

The adapter’s node name.

Adapter Status

The status of the adapter.

Adapter Model

The adapter’s model number.

Adapter Serial #

The adapter’s serial number.

Adapter Vendor

The adapter’s vendor.

Port Count

The port count of the adapter.

Firmware Version

The firmware version on the adapter.

BIOS Version

The BIOS (boot code image) version.

OEM Info

OEM information.

Port ID

The port ID of the adapter.

Port Name

The name that is manually assigned to the port.

Port HCM Name

The name of the Host Connectivity Manager associated with the port.

Symbolic Name

The symbolic name (nickname) for the HBA port.

Node WWN/MAC

The node’s world wide name or MAC address.

Port WWN/MAC

The port’s world wide name or MAC address.

Connected Port Type

The role of the adapter; for example, Initiator. The device type is manually mapped to a host.

QoS Enabled

Indicates whether QoS is enabled.

Media

The type of media; for example, 8G-sw (8 Gbps software).

FC Address

The port’s Fibre Channel address.

Fabric Name

The name of the fabric.

Switch IP Address

The IP address for the connected switch.

Fabric Assigned Address

The state (enabled or disabled) of the fabric-assigned address for the adapter.

WWN Source

The source of the world wide name. Options include:

Fabric — The WWN is assigned from the fabric. The fabric assigned address must be
enabled.

Factory — The WWN is assigned at the factory.

Boot Over SAN

Indicates whether boot over SAN is enabled.

Max Supported Speed

The maximum speed that is supported on the port. For the FC port, the maximum speed is 8
Gbps.

Status

The adapter status; for example, enabled.
