condition string to match the device config.
Unlimited length.
Each line in configuration will be matched in the
whole config or a block if the order_lines is 0. Else all
lines will be matched together.

Indicates whether the condition_str lines order
should be matched in the config or block. 0 = Lines
order check is not required. 1 = Lines order should
be matched.
