Description A link up event was received. It is also possible
for multiple link events to be received together.

physical connections to the FC network.
Remarks lpfc_mes1304 is recorded if Map Entries > 0 and
the corresponding mode and SEVERITY level is
set.
Description A link down event was received.

Description The link was down for greater than the
configuration parameter (HLinkTimeOut)
seconds. All I/O associated with the devices on
this link will be failed.
