ACTION: Software driver error. If this issue persists, report these errors to Emulex

elx_mes1806: Mbox
DESCRIPTION: A mailbox command could not be communicated because there was
no VPort associated with the mailbox command.

DESCRIPTION: An IOCB command could not be communicated because there was no
VPort associated with the mailbox command.

DESCRIPTION: The driver failed to create a port because the adapter was in wrong
mode or was not capable of NPIV.
