Configuring an IPV6 Address
To configure an IPv6 address:
1. On the Network Configuration screen (Figure 12-6), ensure the IP version is set to
IPV6 or DUAL MODE.
2. Select Configure IPV6 Address and press . The Configure IPV6 Address
screen is displayed.

3. From the Configure IPV6 Address menu, you can do the following:

Enable automatic configuration of the IP address. See “Automatically Configure
an IP Address” on page 1673 for more information.

Configure the IPv6 address. See “Configuring the IPv6 Address” on page 1674
for more information.

Ping the iSCSI initiator. See “Pinging the iSCSI Initiator” on page 1674 for more
information.
Automatically Configure an IP Address
To enable automatic IP address configuration:
1. On the Configure IPV6 Address screen (Figure 12-10), select AutoConfiguration
and press .
2. From the AutoConfiguration pop-up menu, select Enable and press .
3. Select Save AutoConfiguration and press .
