Device Number

These bits specify a device number for the
configuration access target. A device number is
represented by a 5-bit value in the range from 0 to 31.

Corresponding to the device number specified in this
field, one of the ADn (n = 31 to 16) signals is driven
high instead of IDSEL (other bits are all low). The
following shows the correspondence between the
device number and IDSEL. If the device number is
H'10 or more, all bits from 31 to 16 of the AD signals
are driven low.
