This section describes the xcvr_diffmifgen utility.
The

xcvr_diffmifgen

utility allows you to create a .mif file that includes the differences in settings

between two configurations. For example, if you have two configurations, inst0_1g_txpll0.mif that sets a

TX PLL0 bandwidth to 1 Gbps and inst0_5g_txpll0.mif that sets the TX PLL0 bandwidth to 5 Gbps, the

utility creates to_inst0_1g_txpll0.mif and to_inst0_5g_txpll0.mif that include the
