Description
Returns the firmware revision number.
In X-Series instruments, this command returns the build date of the N9061A application that you
have installed in your instrument. The date is returned in YYMMDD format (where YY is the
number of years since 1950, and MM is the month and DD is the date).
Format REV?
Query Data Type Firmware revision number.
