Description
Computes the frequency and amplitude difference of the active marker and the delta marker.
These values are displayed on the screen.
If a delta marker is not displayed on the screen, the command places one at the specified
frequency or on the left or right hand edge of the display.
If an active marker is not displayed on the screen, the command places an active marker at the
center of the screen.
