Query active function.

ML, NDB, NRL, RB, RCLS, ROFFSET, RL, RLPOS, SAVES, SAVRCLN, SETDATE,
SETTIME, SP, SQLCH, SRCALC, SRCAT, SRCPOFS, SRCPSWP, SRCPWR, SRCTK, SS,

Note that OA sets the active function, whereas ? does not. Thus, for example, SP CF?

sets the Span, whereas SP CF OA 100 MZ sets the Center Frequency.
