Assigns a neighbor to a specified IPv4 address or peer group to provide a variety of configuration
options.
Synopsis neighbor {ip-address | peer-group-name}

Operands ip-address IPv4 address of the neighbor
peer-group-name Alphanumeric characters. Range is from 1 through 63.
