Import Settings Options in the Log and Transfer Window
Use this button to choose which video and audio tracks you transfer from the selected
file. You can choose to transfer video only, audio only, or both video and audio, and you
can specify which audio channels you transfer.
One mono channel
enabled
Two audio channels
enabled and grouped
as a stereo pair
• Video checkbox: Select this checkbox to include the video track of the selected clip in
the transfer into a project. When you deselect it, the video track is not transferred.
• Audio checkbox: Select this checkbox to include the audio track of the selected clip in
the transfer into a project. When you deselect it, the audio tracks are not transferred.
• Apply to Selection button: After making selections in the Import Settings area, click this
button to apply those selections to the clip.
Controls in the Transfer Queue
The Transfer Queue shows a list of clips currently queued for ingest. The status of each
clip is shown and a progress bar indicates how much of a clip’s media has already been
ingested.
