Position-time cams in positive effective direction
If the input position dnPosIn_p reaches the cam switch-on position in positive effective direction,
the output bOut is set to TRUE and is only reset to FALSE after the time defined has elapsed.
• Once the output is set to TRUE, a following change in direction has no impact on the cam signal.

the output bOut is set to TRUE and is only reset to FALSE after the time defined has elapsed.
