L_CamClutchPos - clutch (path-controlled)
This FB serves to implement a path-controlled clutching and declutching of the master position for
all traversing ranges (Modulo/limited/unlimited) via a fifth-order polynomial.
• More functions:
• Positive opening operation of the clutch (for emergency situations)
• "Hard clutch-in"
• For time-controlled clutching and declutching, use the
Inputs

Information/possible settings
dnPosIn_p
DINT
Input position in [increments]
• Selection of an external master position.
• C05486/1 indicates the input position in the real unit of the machine.
bOpen
BOOL
Control of the clutch function
TRUE "Open clutch" request (declutch process).
• The dnPosOut_p output position from the declutch position dis-
engages from the dnPosIn_p master position and is decelerated
to the dnOpenPosition_p standstill position.
• The declutch position indirectly results from the relative declutch
path set in C05481/1.
• If the dnPosOut_p output position has reached the standstill po-
sition, the two outputs bInTarget and bOpenDone are set to TRUE.
FALSE "Close clutch" request (clutch-in process).
• The clutch-in process can only be started after the declutch pro-
cess has been totally completed; an early abort of the declutch
process is not possible.
• The dnPosOut_p output position is resynchronised to the
dnPosIn_p master position and then follows it.
• The position from which the input and output position are syn-
chronous again indirectly results from the relative clutch-in path
set in C05481/2.
• If the input and output position are synchronous again, the out-
put bClosed is set to TRUE.
dnOpenPosition_p
DINT
Standstill position after the declutch process in [increments]
• C05486/2 indicates the standstill position in the real unit of the machine.
