Brake activation through time-out
If the waiting time for the brake activation is set > 0 s in
C02593 , time monitoring is active,
i.e. the brake will be triggered to close not later than after the waiting time has elapsed
even if the actual speed value is above the threshold for brake activation set in C02581.

time" status is displayed at the
status output BRK_dnState via bit
