etc.) controlled by the extension motion control board or a
main CPU axis error (at main CPU axis control) was
detected.
It can be concerned that an alarm has generated on the
slave driver, the power is not turned on or cable is broken
(on pulse input and output board).
Check the condition of the slave driver or breakage of the
cable (on pulse input and output board).
453 Extension motion control board
axis home-return complete timeout
error
Home-return complete signal of the slave driver could not
be confirmed.
Check if the operation mode of the slave driver is set to
PIO Startup Forbidden or a cable is broke (on pulse input
and output board).

axis positioning complete timeout
error
Positioning complete signal of the slave driver could not be
confirmed.
Check if the operation mode of the slave driver is set to
PIO Startup Forbidden or a cable is broke (on pulse input
and output board).
