In each of the 4 iterations above, the exact same repeatable workload produces
identical queue behavior, but the Counter 1 value (called Condition Code Matches
below) differs due to having a different threshold value each time. The condition code
match values (10, 8, 4, 3) from the 4 iterations can be used to compute the values of a
histogram as shown in the following two figures.
