ATU Vendor ID - This is a 16-bit value assigned to Intel. This register, combined with the DID, uniquely
identify the PCI device. Access type is Read/Write to allow the 4138xx to configure the register as a
different vendor ID to simulate the interface of a standard mechanism currently used by existing
application software.
