bExecute or the cycle time (C01091) expires.
TRUE Read/Write request successfully completed.
FALSE The FALSE status can have the following meanings:
1.There is no active read/write request.
2.The read/write request has not been completed yet.
3.An error has occurred (if bFail = TRUE).
