LS_IRInterface

The decentralised 8400 protec controllers are provided with an infrared receiver (IRRC) below the

integrated 7-segment display which, in interaction with the optional infrared remote control,

provides for a (local) control of the controller if installed in an inaccessible location, for example.
Examples:

• Traversing a slide in manual operation when installing the system.
• Retracting a limit switch in the event of an error.

The LS_IRInterface system block serves to link the different keys of the remote control in the FB

Editor with any control function of the application.
