This FB can add an offset to an angle signal and amplify it afterwards.
• The internal calculations (addition and subtraction) are carried out with 32 bits without
overflow/underflow. Division is not remainder considered.
• Offset and gain are selected via parameters.
• The value provided at the dnOut_p output is internally limited to ±2
