This FB can amplify an angle signal and add an offset to it afterwards.
• The internal calculations (addition and subtraction) are carried out with 32 bits without
overflow/underflow. Division is not remainder considered.
• Gain and offset are selected via parameters.
• The value provided at the dnOut_p output is internally limited to ±2 31 -1.
