Heatsink temperature higher than fixed temperature
limit (90 °C).
• Ambient controller temperature too high.
• Dirty fan or ventilation slots.
• Check control cabinet temperature.
• Clean filter.
• Clean controller.

Cause Remedy
Motor temperature higher than variable temperature
limit ( C00121 ).
• Motor too hot due to impermissibly high currents or
frequent and too long acceleration processes.
• No PTC connected.
• Value set under C00121 is too low.
• Check drive dimensioning.
• Connect PTC or switch off monitoring ( C00584 ="0").
• Set a higher value in C00121 .
