The Client Historical Track page appears, displaying all locations the located clients have

stayed.
Client Historical Track list contents

{

MAC Address—MAC address of the client.

{

Username—Name of the access user. The user name configured in IMC can be different
from the account name.

{

Account Name—Account name of the concerned user.

{

Location—Name of the location view containing the AP with which the client is associated.

{

Location Update Time—Time when the client leaves the location.

Client Historical Track—Click the Dynamic Display icon . The location view topology page
dynamically demonstrates the location changes of the client. For more information, see

If the Client Historical Track list contains enough entries, the following navigational aids are displayed.
Navigating the Client Historical Track list

Click the Next Page icon

to page forward in the Client Historical Track list.

Click the Last Page icon

to page forward to the end of the Client Historical Track list.

Click the Previous Page icon

to page backward in the Client Historical Track list.

Click the First Page icon

to page backward to the front of the Client Historical Track list.

Click 8, 15, 50, 100, or 200 at the upper right of the Client Historical Track list to select the number of

items you want to display on each page.

NOTE:

You can sort the Client Historical Track list by every field except the Client Historical Track field. Click
the column label to sort the list by the selected field. The column label allows you to toggle between the

various sort options specific to each field.

Querying client historical tracks

1.

Click the Service tab.

2.

From the navigation tree, select WLAN Manager > Locating Management.
The Locating Management page appears.

3.

In the MU Locating area, click the Client Historical Track link.
The Client Historical Track page appears, displaying all historical locations where the located

clients have stayed.

4.

Enter or select one or more of the following query criteria:

MAC Address—Enter the MAC address of the client, in the format of xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx.
WSM supports fuzzy matching for this field.

Username—Enter the account name of the concerned user. WSM supports fuzzy matching
for this field.

{

Account Name—Enter the account name of the access user. WSM supports fuzzy matching
for this field

{

Location—Enter the name of the location view containing the AP with which the client is
associated. WSM supports fuzzy matching for this field.
