8 Electrode test of the DME
• Press the softkey . The four softkeys , ,
and appear in the softkey bar.
• Press the softkey . The message Connect Dummy Cell or
electrodes appears.
• Press to start the test. The DME is tested, the message
Testing electrodes appears. On successful completion of the test, the
message DME test ok appears in the system window. Press the
key to close the system window.
• If the DME test was not successful, an error message appears (see
section 7.3.2). Check the installation of the MME as described in section
3.4 and then repeat the test.

5.7.3.
9 Electrode test of the HMDE
• Press the softkey . The four softkeys , ,
and appear in the softkey bar.
• Press the softkey . The message Connect Dummy Cell or
electrodes appears.
• Press to start the test. The HMDE is tested, the message
Testing electrodes appears. On successful completion of the test, the
message HMDE test ok appears in the system window. Press the
key to close the system window.
• If the HMDE test was not successful, an error message appears (see
section 7.3.2). Check the installation of the MME as described in section
3.4 and then repeat the test.
