Definition:
Software Interrupt Register. The VICxSoftInt register is used to generate
software interrupts.
Bit Descriptions:
SoftInt:
Writing a bit to “1” generates a software interrupt for the
corresponding source interrupt before interrupt masking.
Writing a bit to “0” has no effect.

the VICxSoftInt register.

Clears bits in the VICxSoftInt register. Writing a bit to “1”
