This section describes the configuration procedure for text groups and text.
2.1 Creating Text Groups

On the Configuration tab, in the System Setup group, click Text Group.
The Text Group Settings dialog box is displayed.

In Number of Text Groups, specify the number of text groups to create (1 to 16).
The configured number of text groups are enabled.

Under Text Group Name, enter the name for each text group.
The maximum number for the Text Group name is 20 characters.
