Gives the current date and the current time.

Return value
Current date and current time in the format yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss
UTC ±xx
NOTE
UTC = Universal Time , from which the times in the various time zones
of the earth are derived. CET (Central European Time) is equal to UTC
plus 1 hour, in the summer time UTC plus 2 hours.
