Any number of CA type and value pairs can be specified for the civic
address location, as long as the total does not exceed 250 characters.
◆ For the locations defined for device-type, normally option 2 is used to
specify the location of the client device. In situations where the client
device location is not known, 0 and 1 can be used, providing the client
device is physically close to the DHCP server or network element.
