C OMMAND U SAGE
◆ When set to “flood,” any received IPv6 multicast packets that have not
been requested by a host are flooded to all ports in the VLAN.
◆ When set to “router-port,” any received IPv6 multicast packets that
have not been requested by a host are forwarded to ports that are
connected to a detected multicast router.
E XAMPLE
Console(config)#ipv6 mld snooping unknown-multicast mode flood

ipv6 mld snooping
version
This command configures the MLD snooping version. Use the no form to
restore the default.
S YNTAX
ipv6 mld snooping version {1 | 2}
1 - MLD version 1.
2 - MLD version 2.

This command statically configures an IPv6 multicast router port. Use the
no form to remove the configuration.

vlan-id - VLAN ID (Range: 1-4093)

port - Port number. (Range: 1-26)
