This command may be used to troubleshoot excessive TCN messages
appearing on an interface. The might occur when topology changes are
occurring repeatedly at short intervals. Switches will constantly fast-age
their forwarding tables, and flooding will be nearly constant. Topology
changes should occur rarely in a well-configured network, but cases such
as port flapping would cause repetitive topology changes and flooding.
E
XAMPLE
This example stops propagation of TCN messages on port 5.

command and BPDU loopback occurs.
