Name

Virtual Service IP

The destination segment of the packets to be load balanced
Protocol
Protocol type of the provided services
Port
Port number of the provided services
Persistence Method
Allows you to select a method for associating links and connections that access the
same virtual service.
•
If you do not select a persistence method, no links or connections will be associated.
•
Source IP: Connections that have the same source address will be associated with
the same link.
•
Destination IP: Connections that have the same destination address will be
associated with the same link.
The source IP and destination IP mode can reduce times that an LB device distributes
traffic and services.
