Unit of Packets
Specify the unit for data packets sent to the HWTACACS server (used for traffic
accounting), which can be
• one-packet
• kilo-packet
• mega-packet
• giga-packet
If you leave the box blank, the default unit is used.

Network requirements
As shown in Figure 5 ,
• Configure the Device to use the HWTACACS server to provide authentication, authorization, and
accounting services for the Telnet user. The IP address of the server is 10.1.1.1/24.
• Set the shared keys for authentication, authorization, and accounting packets exchanged with the
HWTACACS server to expert. Configure the Device to remove the domain name from a user
name before sending the user name to the HWTACACS server.
