• If both the primary server and secondary server are in block state, the device only communicates
with the primary server. In this case, if the primary server is available or becomes available, the
device will change the primary server’s status to active. To use the secondary server for
communication, you need to manually change the status of the secondary server to active;
otherwise, no primary/secondary server switchover will take place.
