Generating Enrollment Requests
To request a certificate from a Certificate Authority, you need to 
generate an enrollment request. By generating an enrollment request, 
you create a file with a .csr extension. After you have generated an 
enrollment request file, upload the file to a CA. For a complete list of all 
the steps to configure the switch to obtain a CA certificate, see 
Configuring CA Certificates on page 482.
To generate an enrollment request, perform the following procedure:
1. From the Main Menu, type 6 to select Security Menu.
The Security Menu is shown in Figure 151 on page 473.
2. From the Security menu, select the Keys/Certificate Configuration
menu.
The Keys/Certificate Configuration Menu is shown in Figure 156 
on page 492.
3. From the Keys/Certificate menu, select 3 - Public Key Infrastructure
(PKI) Configuration.
The Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Configuration menu is shown 
in Figure 161 on page 509.
4. From the Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Configuration Menu, type 3
to generate an enrollment request.
The Generate Enrollment Request Menu is shown in Figure 168.
