Multicast VLAN Registration for IPv4

To show the static MVR groups assigned to an interface:

1. Click Multicast, MVR.

2. Select Configure Static Group Member from the Step list.

3. Select Show from the Action list.

4. Select an MVR domain.

5. Select the port or trunk for which to display this information.

Displaying MVR Receiver Groups

Use the Multicast > MVR (Show Member) page to show the multicast groups either statically or
dynamically assigned to the MVR receiver groups on each interface.

Parameters
These parameters are displayed:

Domain ID – An independent multicast domain. (Range: 1-5)

Group IP Address – Multicast groups assigned to the MVR VLAN.

VLAN – The VLAN through which the service is received. Note that this may be different from
the MVR VLAN if the group address has been statically assigned.

Port – Shows the interfaces with subscribers for multicast services provided through the MVR
VLAN.

Up Time – Time this service has been forwarded to attached clients.

Expire – Time before this entry expires if no membership report is received from currently
active or new clients.

Count – The number of multicast services currently being forwarded from the MVR VLAN.
