To activate Detailed view mode:

Click the D ETAIL V IEW button located above the Results table.
Selecting the table headings in the results area allows you to quickly sort the results table
based on that column’s results. Also, when you select the asset from the results table,
additional information about the asset is displayed in the message area above the Results
area.
Double-clicking on certain types of assets in the results area will actually open the asset on
an appropriate canvas. This functionality only applies to Xmedia object, lookup table, script,
page, panel, template, scene, and playlist type assets.
Proxy view mode
The search interface’s proxy view mode allows you to quickly recognize the assets in the
Results area by displaying them as thumbnail images (see figure
16-7 ).
To activate Proxy view mode:

Click the P ROXY V IEW button located above the Results table.
When you select the asset from the results table, additional information about the asset is
displayed in the message area above the Results area.
You can drag-and-drop image, clip, cel animation, and Xmedia object assets from the
Results area to your canvas. Also, when you double-clicking on certain types of assets in
the results area, the asset open on an appropriate canvas. This functionality only applies to
Xmedia object, lookup table, script, page, panel, template, scene, and playlist type assets.
