Animating scene objects
RotateX, Rotate Y, and Rotate Z
The Rotate X, Rotate Y, and Rotate Z animated properties set the orientation or angular
position of the object around its axes. Editing the object’s spatial orientation over time allows
you to create animation effects that rotate the object around its axes. For example, figure
demonstrates that the Rotate X property allows you to flip the object vertically around
the x-axis, while the Rotate Y property allows you to spin the object horizontally around the
Y-axis, and the Rotate Z property allows you to rotate the object clockwise or counter-
clockwise around the Z-axis.
