Appendix A - Asset Browser
Jobs Contains Jobs which are requests to perform a task. A Job passes through a series
of user-defined states from creation to completion, which allows jobs to be assigned,
submitted and approved before they are considered complete.
Note that the Jobs assets listed in this root category cannot be opened in Xstudio.
Generic Contains assets that do not appropriate for any other root category, but the asset
needs to be stored on the Xmedia Server. For example, Word documents, or special
files for third party device drivers can be added to the Asset tree on the Xstudio
canvas with the intention of publishing it to a device.
Note that the Generic assets listed in this root category cannot be opened in
Xstudio.
Fonts TrueType font files (.TTF) can be stored in this root category and then be added to
the Asset tree on the Xstudio canvas with the intention of publishing it to a device.
