Group object properties

When objects (scene or control) are grouped (see

page 5-11

for instructions), the group object has

a set of properties that can be edited to determine the group’s positioning or enable the group as
a mask. The following table identifies the properties that are available to grouped objects:

Height

[Height]

Applies to: Control-side

Description: Sets the height of the object.

Accepted values: Enter a value in pixels.

Locked

[Locked]

Applies to: Control-side or scene-side

Description: Determines if the object is locked for editing.

Accepted values: Select from the drop-down list: T

Mask

[Mask]

Applies to: Scene-side

Description: Displays the defined values for crop and fade for the mask.
A mask is defined by the following properties:

Crop (left, top, right, bottom): offset from the edge of the group's
bounding box where opacity starts.

Fade (left, top, right, bottom): width of the opacity gradient bevel,
starting from the mask's outer edge.

Accepted values: Click the button to open the window that allows you to
set the mask’s crop and fade values.

Mask Type

[MaskType]

Applies to: Scene-side

Description: Determines the type of mask to apply. See
