Appendix C - Xstudio properties
Control object properties
To help you customize the look and functionality of your objects, a series of properties are
available to you when you are building, or working with, control panels or templates. When
an object, or the canvas, is selected, the Properties Browser displays the current property
settings for that item. Properties are organized thematically within the Properties Browser.
Selecting the text box beside an individual property allows you to edit the property’s value
or setting. Most changes to property settings take immediate effect, but only they become
permanent when the asset is saved.

The actual title for the each property appears in square brackets [ ] beneath the name used
in the Property Browser. You will use the bracketed name when creating a S
ET P ROPERTY
action (although the brackets are not required when creating the action).
