ROWSER
While the Asset Browser provides you with access to all of the assets stored on the system,
the Gallery Browser helps you to better determine which assets to drag and drop onto your
canvas. The Gallery Browser is a collapsible browser in Design mode, which displays the
contents of an Asset Browser category as either thumbnail images or as a detailed list.
Using the Gallery Browser allows you to select and use assets quickly and with confidence.
shows, the default state of the Gallery Browser displays the root category of
Xmedia objects, which are pre-built broadcast graphic elements (e.g. headlines, tickers,
lower-thirds, over-the-shoulder graphics) that can be dragged and dropped into control
panels or templates. However, the Gallery Browser can also be made to display any other
asset type, and in greater detail than when it is listed in the Asset Browser.

Gallery Browser
By default the Gallery Browser
displays
the assets in the Xmedia Objects
category as thumbnail images.
However, the assets of any category
can be displayed in the Gallery Browser.
