Opacity
[Opacity]
•
Applies to: All primitives.
•
Description: Sets the degrees of opacity (transparent versus
opaque) of the object.
This property is sometimes referred to as the “master opacity”,
since Text 2D objects also have opacity properties for the text’s
face, edge, shadow, and frame. If the other opacity settings are
already set, the master opacity setting is multiplied by these
settings. For example, if the O
PACITY
property is set to 0.5 and the
FaceOpacity
is set to 0.5, then the object’s FaceOpacity becomes
0.25, while the rest of the object has an opacity of 0.5.
•
Accepted values: Enter a value greater than or equal to 0 (0%
opaque or completely transparent) and less than or equal to 1
(100% opaque).
