Select + Add Row below the Network Time Protocol (NTP) table to define (or override) the
configurations of NTP server resources used it obtain system time. Set the following parameters to
define the NTP configuration:

Refer to the RF Domain Manager field to configure this device as a RF Domain manager.

Select the Capable option to enable or disable this device as a RF Domain manager.

Select the Priority option to enable configuring a priority value for this device when election to
become a Domain Manager is conducted. Set a value using the spinner control. Setting a low value
increases the chance of this device becoming the RF Domain manager.

Select OK to save the changes and overrides made to the general profile configuration. Select
Reset to revert to the last saved configuration.

Use the Power screen to set or override one of two power modes (3af or Auto) for an access point.
When Automatic is selected, the access point safely operates within available power. Once the
power configuration is determined, the access point configures its operating power characteristics
based on its model and power configuration.

AutoKey

Select this option to enable an autokey configuration for the NTP resource. This is a key randomly
generated for use between the access point and its NTP resource. The default setting is disabled.

Key

If an autokey is not being utilized, you must manually enter a 64 character maximum key shared for
interoperation.

Prefer

Select this option to designate this particular NTP resource as preferred. If designating multiple
NTP resources, preferred resources will be given first opportunity to connect to and provide NTP
calibration.

Server IP

Set the IP address of each server added as a potential NTP resource.

Version

Use the spinner control to specify the version number used by this NTP server resource. The default
setting is 0.
