2.5 Edge evaluation of the PLC inputs
The edge evaluation for the PLC inputs can be activated by marker M2497. An automatic edge
evaluation cannot be activated for the PLC inputs I192 to I254 on the second PLC I/O expansion
board.
Edge evaluation means that if the signal at the PLC input changes, a certain marker will be set for
the duration of a PLC run. If marker M2497 is set, the following markers will be set if the signals
change at the PLC inputs.
Marker for rising edges at the PLC inputs:
