Function: To configure/cancel the specified port to receive NTP broadcast packets.
Parameter: None.
Default: Disabled.
Command Mode: Interface Configuration Mode.
Usage Guide: None.
Example: To enable the function of VLAN1 interface to receive NTP broadcast packets.
