∗ 1.

This alarm display appears only within the range of 30 W to 1000 W.

∗ 2.

These alarms are not reset for the alarm reset signal (/ALM-RST).

Eliminate the cause of the alarm and then turn OFF the power supply
to reset the alarms.

∗ 3.

This alarm will occur for the new version (SGDM-†DA) only.

Note: OFF: Output transistor is OFF (high).

ON: Output transistor is ON (low).
